For this to happen, each individual has to know their role within the group and how it relates to the other pieces of the puzzle–they must be able to read plays as they develop and make quick decisions about how best to move forward toward success. This requires leadership from every team member; if everyone does their job correctly, then success will follow faster than if only one or two people were leading instead!

As a leader, you need to know what you want your people to do and how they can execute it. However, your team will not be successful if they don’t understand their role in achieving that goal. In football, this means knowing what play is called and understanding how it works–how certain players should move on each down or which routes are run based on where another player has gone before them.
The best coaches create an environment where everyone feels empowered by sharing ideas or asking questions about strategy; they want every player on board with whatever plan has been put into place, so everyone knows what’s expected of them when things go south (or even better: when things go right).

When it comes down to it, we’re all human beings who sometimes get stuck on things that are out of our league and don’t always have all the answers at our fingertips. Sometimes people will be able to give us advice or teach us something new that helps us move forward with our projects; other times, they won’t be able to do anything at all but maybe listen while we vent about whatever problem we’re facing at work (which can still be helpful). Either way, asking questions shows maturity and openness toward learning new things–two qualities any employer wants in their employees!
