Only 6% of Large Companies Are Prepared for Growth!
I saw these statistics while reading output from one of the big 4 companies a while back. I am not shocked as I have been involved within the space for my entire career.
What is interesting is that these companies are usually perceived by outsiders and insiders alike, save for a few in the know as Unicorns with no fear of failure or death.
However, it becomes more poignant when you think about the fact that companies like Yahoo! and Blackberry are no longer in operation!
The harsh open secret of business is that if you’re not growing, you’re dying.
